Special Conditions:

Bidders should be registered on the Central Supplier Database with a complaint tax status. Bidders are also required to have an estimated CIDB grading of 7CE of higher. Bidders will also be subjected to functionality (quality) evaluation as follows (company exp=40; plant & equipment=30; personnel knowledge=20; bank rating=10) where bidders will be required to obtain a minimum of 60 points out of 100 to be further evaluated for preferential procurement points with the PPR 2017.

Bids are to be submitted in sealed envelops clearly marked with the project name and number and submitted in teh tender box on No. 2 Ficus Street Marble Hall entrance to the Budget Treasury Building on or before 12:00 on 31 July 2018. No bids will not be accepted
